Tender No. 082022001 for the purchase of contractor services (project coordinator).

Dear ladies and gentlemen!

We inform you that within the framework of cooperation with the project “Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine”, implemented by GIZ GmbH on behalf of the Government of Germany under Grant Agreement No. 81286962 dated 01.08.2022, the Public Union “Business for Partnership”, within the framework of the project “Energy Efficiency for Journalists, Universities, Municipalities from Professionals” (“EE-JUMP”), announces tender No. 082022001 for the procurement of contractor services (project coordinator).

  • Proposals must be sent in two separate sealed envelopes, each of which must be marked: Technical (or) Commercial Proposal for Tender No. 082022001, company name, EDRPOU code.
  • Envelope No. 1 Technical Proposal List of documents to be provided:
    1. Resume
    2. Registration documents
  • Envelope No. 2 Commercial Proposal Commercial Proposal
    is filled out in accordance with the provided form. List of documents
    that must be provided:

    1. Commercial offer
  • The Terms of Reference for the proposal are in Annex 2. Questions regarding technical or organizational issues should be sent EXCLUSIVELY to the email address:
    procurement@bfp.org.ua,
    no later than 3 business days before the tender deadline.
    Be sure to indicate the tender number in the subject line of the letter. Proposals that are improperly prepared will not be considered! The Public Union “Business for Partnership” guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided in the proposals.Proposals will be accepted until 22.08.2022 at 23:59

  • All participants will be informed about the results of the tender via the specified contacts. After that, all participants will be ranked. If during the conclusion of the contract it turns out that the selected participant cannot fulfill the contractual obligations under the conditions specified in the tender documentation, the Public Organization “Business for Partnership” reserves the right to select the next ranked participant.
  • Companies found to be in breach of contractual obligations may be excluded from participating in the tender.
